Our Blinds

La Lomita Wildlife Photography Ranch provides immersive photography experiences for all levels of expertise. Clients can capture stunning images of native wildlife in diverse natural settings in guided photography sessions. The ranch has four main photography blinds: two are for morning photography and two for evening sessions. The ranch also has a deer photography blind and a new Raptor blind.

At La Lomita Wildlife Photography Ranch, we do more than just serve as a picturesque location; we assist in the development of nature photography expertise. Our goal is to not just give you a unique backdrop for photo ops, but to actively help you succeed with your photography portfolio.

Our blinds, some of which are accessible to those with mobility issues, are a short walk from the parking areas. Each blind has a pond with natural features and perches that can produce breathtaking nature shots. In addition, we’ve gone above and beyond to ensure your comfort. There’s convenient seating, as well as heat, fans, and cooling towels to help you navigate various Texas temperatures.

We want to make sure you get the perfect pictures, so we make sure all our blinds come with a few extras. Each blind is equipped with automated feeders so the wildlife gets fed every day. On the day of your shoot day, we provide special treats, like oranges, grapes, mealworms, peanuts, and bark butter.
